Waitlist privacy

We save the mobile number or email address you choose, your signup date, and the wording of your agreement to hear about Whipzy’s launch by that method. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account or verify ownership of your number or email address.

The list is private and is used to keep track of people interested in downloading Whipzy. We do not sell it. No confirmation texts, verification codes, or launch messages are sent by this website yet.

If you join through an invite link, we record which waitlist entry referred you. The referrer sees their referral total, not your name, number, or email. Five new signups earn priority, and ten earn highest priority; signup order decides places within each group.

Your browser remembers your private waitlist link and an unfinished signup so you can return or retry. Your invite link is safe to share; keep your private status-page address to yourself. Existing signups cannot be claimed on a new device by entering someone’s contact details.

The list is retained for the upcoming launch. An unsubscribe option will be included when launch messages are introduced. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are used here.

Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit automated signups. Signups made on the public website are stored in our private waitlist database. Local development previews store test signups on the computer running the preview.
